Vittoria is the pioneer and world's leading manufacturer of cotton-covered tires. As a material, cotton helps reduce the weight of the case while offering high protection and grip at the same time. To increase the overall strength of the shell, Vittoria uses Corespun yarn, which is a particular type of yarn made from aramid and cotton fibers combined. The guts stick closer to the road surface, providing a smoother ride, easier rolling and better grip. The grade of fabric used in a tire casing is expressed in threads per inch (TPI): the higher the TPI number, the finer the threads, the denser the fabric and the more flexible the tire.

The Vittoria Terreno Zero Tnt tire features a gravel tire designed for paved surfaces and compact terrain. The soft central tread is inspired by the Corsa, thus minimizing rolling resistance. Tread ''scales'' provide reliable movement in corners and when braking. Graphene 2.0 compound offers maximum performance. Finally, it has three compounds in the tread (3C) for longer life and superior grip.
