To increase the overall strength of the carcass, Vittoria uses Corespun yarn, which is a particular type of yarn made from blended cotton and aramid fibers. The casings are glued closer to the road surface, providing a smoother ride, easier rolling and better grip. The grade of weave used in a tire casing is expressed in threads per inch (TPI): the higher the TPI number, the finer the cords, the denser the weave, and the more flexible the tire.

The Vittoria Terreno Tnt tire has a semi-polished XC tire to make the different routes faster. Center scales are ramped, providing a quick leading edge, cornering edges, and responsive brakes. It features the XC Race shell: Vittoria's lightest XC tubeless ready shell. The GRAPHENE 2.0 functionalized compound offers the best grip in the wet.
