Sidi Trace MTB shoes with their Politex upper, Soft Instep 3 closure, Tecno 3 System, and the new Sidi RS17 sole.
The RS17 sole is the lightest and most performing, the new Sidi MTB sole is made of nylon with PU (polyurethane) inserts. The shape of the tread sole has been specifically designed for mountain biking, it allows good grip, facilitates the dispersion of mud and provides correct stability. The central insert with the Sidi logo works as a non-slip and is practical and useful , especially for less experienced users. The area of the toes that is most subject to wear, especially when walking, can be replaced with screws and still offers the possibility of mounting crampons to improve traction on particularly muddy terrain. SR17 represents the bottom line in terms of stiffness for pedaling and flex for walking.

• Soft Closure System Instep 3 Closure System
  The wide, anatomical and padded closure strap is made of a soft thermoformed material for greater comfort and performance. It distributes pressure evenly over the arch area of the foot, adjusting on both sides for perfect centering. The Soft Instep 3 Closure System is durable and replaceable.
  
  
• Tecno 3 System
  New Sidi Techno-3 dials for optimal fit along the entire length of the shoe and with an upper that adapts to the shape of the foot for a personalized fit.
  
• RS17 sole
  New Sidi sole specifically developed for MTB that can be equipped with two studs in the front to improve traction in difficult conditions and in mud. The set of screw plugs are sold separately.
