TECHNOLOGIES:

• ADJUSTABLE STEERING ANGLE
  With the new Scale RC, you can also close or open the head angle by 0.6 degrees. And you can do it without cutting cables or bleeding the brakes. You just have to disassemble the handlebar, rotate the cups 180 degrees and reassemble it.
• DESIGN
  The design of the new Scale represents our search for perfection without sacrificing anything and efficiency in its purest form, always guided by our principle of form reflects function. In our search for the perfect construction with the utmost simplicity, the design focuses on the essential aspects; To do this we have balanced the DNA of the bike to create a new breed of XC bike. The result is a direct and clean design that gives the new Scale an unmistakable character and the aggressive image of a bike proud of its characteristics.
• HOLLOW END CONSTRUCTION
  The advanced dropout construction is hollow, which allows the axle head to fit against the inner surface of the dropout so it does not protrude. This allows us to use the lightest possible construction and a clean-lined design. And not only have we directly scratched 7.5 grams with the new dropout design, but it is also now possible to narrow the rear triangle area, which in turn saves 20 grams in this area of the frame (HMX-SL). .
• MONOCOQUE CONSTRUCTION
  The monocoque construction of the new Scale RC allows the bike to be built with a single mold for the main section, the front triangle. Thanks to our technical mastery of carbon, the new Scale consists of only 3 independent parts that are molded together. This leads directly to a higher level of efficiency, as the number of joints required is reduced, weight is reduced, and superior rigidity is maintained, something we always look for when designing race hardtails. Thanks to the construction of the frame in a single system, the monocoque design allows the frame to act as a whole against the forces.
• SERVICE TRAP
  We've included a service hatch, accessed through a downtube cover, which also makes it easy to access the inside of the frame without removing the bottom bracket shell. Maintenance of cable routing in the frame is easier.
