All Schwalbe tubes are 100% recyclable. Without loss of quality, we can use recycled materials in the production of new cameras. We have developed a special devulcanization process in our factory that has proven effective for years. Currently all standard Schwalbe tubes are manufactured with 20% material from recycled tubes. We are starting to collect used Schwalbe tubes from bike shops in Germany to recover valuable butyl rubber for the manufacture of new tubes.
