Muc-Off Presta Tubeless Valve Set 80mm Gold

Compatible with most tubeless wheels and tires.

We know how frustrating it is to have a leaking tubeless valve that just won't seal! Therefore, we set out to design and manufacture our own premium tubeless valves to solve the hassle of finding your tire flat every time you go for a ride.

Characteristics:

  • 6061 aluminum machined stem.
  • Machined 6061 aluminum cover.
  • Machined 4mm Allen Key slot for easy installation/removal.
  • Includes valve core removal tool (built into the replacement alloy cap).

Instructions for use:

  • Mucless Tubeless valves will work with most tubeless rims. If you're unsure, check your tire manufacturer's instructions to verify which tubeless valves will work for your tires.
  • First, remove the valve cap, lock ring and O-ring from the valve stem.
  • Then choose the correct rubber base for your tire type. Tires with a curved section will use the circular rubber base. Tires with a square section will use the square rubber base. Place this on the bottom of the valve stem. (If you find that your tire has a larger valve hole and the smaller circle fitting is too loose, use the larger circle fitting to plug the hole)
  • Now push the valve stem into the hole in the rim and yet push it to the right. Next, place the rubber O-ring on the valve stem and slide it all the way down until it meets the edge.
  • Screw the lock ring onto the valve stem and tighten over the O-ring. These sandwich between the sealing ring and the rim. Firmly push the valve base down into the rim while tightening the locking ring. Continue pressing until the locking rick is hand tight and the rubber O-ring is flattened. This way you know you've created a good airtight seal.
  • Tip: Do not overtighten as this may cause leaks. Finish by screwing on your preferred valve cap.
  • Use the valve core removal tool (built into the replacement alloy cap) to remove the core and fill without puncture tubeless sealant and inflate. Work done
