Protect your disc brakes during maintenance or transit
Finally, the solution to protecting your disc brakes during maintenance or transit is here! Our patent-pending design makes life easier, they are quick and easy to use and help ensure you don't have guard or excess lubrication on your discs. The end of braking power loss due to overspray of protector is near!
Adjust after washing your bike with Muc-Off Bike Cleaner (remember it is safe to use on disc brakes).
Start by separating the neoprene cover from the motherboard. With the velcro facing you, slide the base plate over the hub axle separating it slightly at the joint, now push down until the center hole is around the axle.
To apply the neoprene cover, start at the caliper and press the neoprene cover over the caliper/cable and then around the entire rotor. Make sure all parts are covered before applying spray protectants, polishes, or lubricants.
After each use, simply rinse both parts in water and allow to dry. Don't drive with the covers on! Do not spray protectants or lubricants directly on disc brake covers for an extended period of time!
