Maxxis Rekon Race Tire

The Maxxis Rekon Race is without a doubt one of the fastest tires on the market. Its studs make it roll quickly, with a design very similar to the trail version of the Rekon, but with smaller and shorter studs, for very low rolling resistance. It is a more rolling tire than the Ikon, it has similar lateral grip and powerful braking.

Ideal for riding on the rear wheel with a more aggressive front tire, like an Ikon, Rekon or Aspen to improve grip on downhills and corners, or on the front and rear for short XC races.
