The Crankbrothers Mallet E Clip-On Shoe is great for enduro racing or all-day adventures. Our innovative Match System optimizes the engagement of any MTB clip system, whether Crankbrothers or SPD. It comes with the Match Wedge and Crankbrothers Cleat pre-installed in a neutral position so they are ready to use with Crankbrothers pedals right out of the box.

Box of matches
The Match cleat box with ramp offers easy front and rear pedal entry and mud shedding. A Race Zone setback in the cleat track allows the cleat to be positioned further toward the heel for greater control and stability when descending.

Match Composite
Our medium friction rubber compound (MC1) allows easy entry and exit of the pedal and is hard enough to resist wear. The radial lug pattern around the cleat housing is designed to provide smooth pedal body release.

Matching sole
The tread pattern is designed to offer traction off the bike. Directionally angled and spaced heel and toe studs offer traction for going up or down steep terrain. Ramped toe allows walking on steep terrain.
