The new Zipp Tangente Platinum Pro Evo brake shoes are the result of Zipp's efforts to improve and optimize everything they do. New and redesigned brake pads, created specifically for braking on carbon fiber surfaces, provide smoother control and more stopping power in all conditions, both dry and wet. They are designed to have long durability. Like a champion cyclist, these pads have very versatile performance.

The Tangente Platinum Pro Evo does all of this in several specific situations:

• A 10% increase in braking surface for more power.
• A 1mm thinner design to improve brake integration.
• Despite the reduced thickness, its greater radial height provides a longer useful life of the shoes.
• The new design with different patterns on the pad provides better water expulsion during wet braking and better cooling for when temperatures increase.
• The unique compound handles the high temperatures caused by hard braking on carbon brake pads.

They are available in two options: for mounting on Sram or Shimano and another model for Campagnolo brakes.
