Retreading kit for tires that have large cuts and that anti-puncture liquids are not able to cover.

Quick gluing process (5-10 minutes).
External retreading without the need to remove the wheel.
The cover can be used until it wears out and is replaced.
Compatible with our particulate natural rubber anti-puncture product.

UTILIZATION:

The cut of the tire is well cleaned for retreading.
There is no need to break the bead or remove the bicycle wheel.
Shake the can vigorously as the cold retreading solution must combine well with the cyanoacrylate and the rubber particles.
A layer of vulcanizing solution is applied to the cut and around it and quickly dusted with rubber particles. (Allowed to dry for 3 minutes)
Another layer of solution is applied on top of the rubber particles and more rubber particles are sprinkled again. (Allow it to dry for 3 minutes)
If you think it is necessary, repeat the process once more to give more thickness to the patch you are retreading.
Another 3 minutes and you're ready to give all the right pressure to the wheel and start rolling.
Remember that you have to carry anti-puncture liquid in the wheel to close the small pores that may remain after retreading.
As you use the bike and the tire wears out, you can give another layer to the same cured cut, with the same retreading process.
The anti-puncture liquids are fully compatible with both the solution and the rubber particles, so any pore or puncture that occurs on top of the patch will be plugged again by the liquids.
