Construction:Carbon Monocoque
As in all BH carbon frames, HCIM-Hollow Core Internal Molding technology was used in the RS1 to find a frame that met the set objectives of lightness and rigidity. Technology for monocoque frames that applies high pressure in the mold to achieve the highest levels of compact material and eliminate inconsistent frame pressures that create bubbles and imperfections. Kamm Tail Shapes
The RS1, as found in the G8 aero model, incorporates the Kamm Tail design in its tubes to achieve a completely aerodynamic cross section.

Aero Shapes
The RS1 aero seatpost shares shapes with those of our G8 aero bike and its closure has been integrated into the diagonal tube to minimally affect the aerodynamics of the horizontal tube. Rigid and reactive
